In Union City Indiana, along with the Mayor and City Clerk-Treasurer, City government is made up of a City Council and four appointed Boards, which control the operations within the City.
The Union City, Ohio Council is authorized by Chapter 7 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Union City Government is a statutory Council-Mayor Government with an appointed Village Administrator and a six person City Council.
