located at 325 S. Oak St. in Winchester, Indiana, is a one-stop facility for family and government services – it includes a food pantry, Dunn Center, Veteran's Administration, Head Start, Community and Family Services, and WIC.

The center also houses Work One, the state agency to assist unemployed and displaced workers.
