Randolph County Court System
The court system in Randolph County consists of four individual court systems;
These courts hear local ordinances cases as well as traffic infractions and minor misdemeanors. In Randolph County, Union City and Winchester have City Courts.
Union City’s Court is located at 303 Fletcher Ave. Winchester’s City Court is located at 113 E. Washington St.

Randolph County has two higher courts, Superior Court and Circuit Court. Randolph Superior Court hears misdemeanor cases, lower class felonies, and civil cases, such as small claims and divorce.
Randolph Circuit Court hears major felony cases, cases involving juveniles, and lawsuits.
Both Randolph Superior and Circuit Courts are located in the Randolph County Courthouse (pictured above) in Winchester.

The Village of Union City Ohio hears certain misdemeanor cases in the Mayor's Court and the Magistrate's Court.
Both the Mayors Court and the Magistrates Court are held in the Council Room at 419 E. Elm Street in Union City Ohio.
The Clerk of Courts, Kathy Marker, coordinates the activities of the Mayors Court and Magistrate's Court. She is is located at 401 E Elm St., Union City, Ohio. and her phone is 937-968-6664 ext #5.
The schedule for Mayors Court will be re-established in 2008 following the swearing in of the new Mayor.
