The Union City, Ohio Village Council is made up of 6 Union City residents who are elected to four year terms, by the voters at staggered general elections every two years. The Council members govern through the Ohio Revised Code and an annually adopted Rules of Council.
Village Council meetings are conducted at 6 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers located within the Village Municipal Building. Council meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.
