The court system in Randolph County Indiana consists of four individual court systems.
City Court
These courts hear local ordinances cases as well as traffic infractions and minor misdemeanors.
In Randolph County, the City Courts are:

- Winchester
County Courts
Randolph County has two higher courts:
- Randolph Superior Court hears misdemeanor cases, lower class felonies, and civil cases, such as small claims and divorce. Visit their website.
